Things that I REALLY REALLY learnt in F&N!!! REALLY!!
During the lesson,I learnt about e Healthy Diet Pyramid....This is useful personal guide to healthy eatinzz recommended by by the SG health promotion board . It was stated that we , as a teen shud eat more of the food .... this is the pyramid made by miie~

At e base of the pyramid which comprises of RICE AND ALTERNATIVES such as rice,noodles,bread,potato,etc.The next category to be eaten should be MEAT AND ALTERNATIVES such as chicken ,duck ,fish,eggs,cheese,prawn.Next to be consumed will be VEGETABLES such as celery,lettuce.Lastly,we should try to avoid FATS,OILS.
IN ANOTHER WAY>-->REDUCE ON IT~
FAN also taught me to eat healthily by choosing a variety of foods,striking a good balance with food choices and eating in moderation.
I am also aware that when buying food outside in SUpemarket,i have to read the nUtrition Information Panel provided on the packaging.
With the above knowledge,I am confident that i could live in good health
